As of this past week, it’s officially been two years since Homeworks opened its doors and started helping our lovely clients buy and sell homes from our headquarters on Exchange Place. All told, we love working in downtown Salt Lake City, and there’s no place in which we’d rather shake hands, sign contracts, and have weekly meetings with our incredible team of agents and coworkers.
The HW offices have come a long way since 2021: when we purchased the space at 66 Exchange Place, we embarked on a pretty substantial overhaul. Along with a few new coats of paint, we made some worthwhile structural changes to bring in more light, overhauled the kitchen and restrooms, replaced the flooring with new hardwood and terrazzo tile, and added some beautiful finishes and lighting to brighten the space and lend a modern feel throughout. The Homeworks team operates out of a few main-floor offices and glass-front conference room, but the remaining 20 office spaces are rented to other technical, conventional, and creative professionals (we currently have a few available: contact Michelle Watts at 801.520.0543 to inquire!).
It’s been an erratic and uncertain few years in the real estate market, but things are looking up. We’re still here, and we plan to stick around for a while.
