Sitting just across the street…
From Pioneer Park, the Broadway Park Lofts stand as one of Salt Lake’s most ideally placed examples of modern industrial life in the city. High ceilings and an open flow create a home that is both cozy and abundant with natural light, thanks in part to those garage door-style windows in the main living space, which open up to let a little of the outside in. The kitchen makes great use of space with plenty of cupboard storage and an island that lends additional prep room or a spot to pull up a stool and have some breakfast. At just under 700 square feet, the layout here is smart, maximizing every square inch of the home and allowing for a two-bed, two-bath floor plan—use the 2nd room for guests or create your ideal office/yoga space/closet-overflow. The primary bathroom upstairs has a clean, modern feel, with a roomy shower and plenty of storage space. And although this condo is verifiably ideal on the inside, we haven’t even visited the surrounding area just yet. Perched literal steps away from Caputo’s Deli, Bruges Waffles & Frites, and Carlucci’s Bakery (they’re all just downstairs), residents of the lofts can also access everything downtown has to offer by foot, be it a night at the theater, a Jazz game, dinner at your favorite spot, or a few drinks at a bar. In other words? Downtown living doesn’t get better than this.
